Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate claims submitted after this period due to shipping carrier policies.

For damaged items, please provide:

• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging

Please note that damage claims can only be processed once these images have been received.
